You might be wondering what concierge services are exactly. Essentially, concierge services began in fine hotels as a way to help weary travelers. However, the idea has grown, expanding well beyond the hotel industry to be embraced by businesses and individuals alike. Why? Because people are busier than ever before, trying to accomplish 36 hours’ worth of tasks into a 24 hour day.
As these busy people realize that they need help, as they simply do not have enough time to complete everything necessary in their day to day lives, they seek out reliable, trustworthy concierge assistance to help with many of life’s tasks.
We offer the following concierge services at a rate of $55 per hour in the Madison, WI area: We require a 3 hour minimum. Trip charges may apply.
• Personal shopping, for yourself or to find that perfect gift
• Event planning, including business dinners, birthday parties, vacation research, and many others
• Relocation services, helping you research new neighborhoods and schools
• Coordinating home care requirements such as carpet cleaning, interior decorating, construction projects and other home repairs
• Serving as a property caretaker
• Conducting orientations, tours or other assistance for people who are new in town
• Facilitating cable / internet installation (being present while technicians install and service utilities )
• And much more!
We are available Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Holidays, Weekends, and services outside of normal business hours are available on a case by case basis and will incur extra fees. The minimum requirement for service is 3 hours. Our services are billed per hour. Any service exceeding 10 miles will be charged additional mileage. Additional mileage is .53 per mile. Charges will cover round trip mileage. This includes services that only require a one way trip.
Our services are competitively priced, offering bulk purchase discounts where you purchase 10 hours and receive 1 service hour free, or 20 hours and receive 3 hours free!

Scheduling & Cancellation:All work that has been booked has a cancellation policy. Capital Cleaning & Concierge requires a 48 hour cancellation notice. Clients will be responsible for the payment of 50% of the entire canceled block of time if cancellation does not occur more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, unless of an emergency. This includes all services provided.
In addition to our policy if we show up to your scheduled service and you are not home you will be charged the full amount for service. We ask all clients to mark their calendars for dates of service.
Customers will be asked to send a letter confirming that they are aware of this policy and agree.
